Ridgeline Management Company is dedicated to creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day.  It is with this mission in mind that Ridgeline Management has partnered with Naomi Feil to become an Authorized Validation Organization. 

We first met Naomi Feil when she opted to film her most recent training video at one of our communities: Chateau Gardens Memory Care in Springfield, Oregon.  With that, we were enthralled at Naomi’s skill and attention in helping our residents be free and express themselves.  With that, it was decided our communities would be trained in and practice the Validation Method.

Ridgeline feels that Validation, as taught by Naomi Feil, is symbiotic with our mission.  We, like Naomi Feil and our international colleagues, feel Validation: The Feil Method will change how we view disoriented elders.  Until the world has a cure for Alzheimer-type dementia, Validation will help to bring peace to both those living with dementia, and the families that care about them.
